Option Chain

Compare calls and puts by expiration and strike, including prices, volume, open interest, quotes, Greeks, and contract links.

The selected expiration controls the by-strike charts and the calls and puts tables below them.

Choose an expiration

The chain shows one expiration at a time. Expiration chips display the date and DTE, and More Dates opens the remaining unexpired dates.

Selecting an expiration updates the open-interest summary, by-strike charts, and calls and puts tables. The underlying price determines which rows are marked in or out of the money.

Volume, open interest, and Max Pain are plotted across the strikes in the selected expiration.

Select standard or adjusted contracts

When an underlying has adjusted option roots, an Adjustments control appears above the expirations. Choose All, the standard root, or one adjusted root before selecting an expiration.

Volume and open-interest charts draw calls above zero and puts below zero. The summary above the charts lists call and put ITM and OTM open interest and the put/call open-interest ratio.

The Adjustments control filters the chain to all contracts, the standard root, or one adjusted root.

Compare calls and puts

Calls and Puts appear side by side. Each row shows strike, last price, change, volume, open interest, last trade time or date, and a contract link. ITM rows are highlighted, and the OI bar is scaled within its call or put table.

With Option Flow access, the table also shows live bid and ask quotes. The Columns control can add Delta, Gamma, Theta, Vega, and other available Greeks.

The side-by-side tables compare prices, volume, and open interest across the selected expiration's strikes.

Read price, volume, and open interest separately

Price is the latest reported trade. Bid and ask are the current quote when live chain data is available. Volume counts traded contracts, while open interest is the latest reported number of outstanding contracts.

Volume does not identify opening or closing trades. Open interest is updated separately from executions, and adjusted roots divide activity among distinct contract series.

Price, volume, open interest, and last trade describe different parts of each contract's activity.
