Screener
Filter, sort, and compare stocks using price, volume, fundamentals, short data, and other market fields.
Choose a screen
Start with US Equities or a preset. Presets set the initial filters, columns, and sort, and can be changed after they load.
Available presets include All, Gainers, Gainers: After Open, Gainers: Warrants, Rights & Units, Most Active, Losers, Unusual Volume, Off Exchange & Dark Pool, Borrow Fee, Zero Shares Available, Short Interest, FTDs, S&P 500, and Earnings Schedule. Pre-market and after-hours gainers and losers are available as separate screens.
Set filters and columns
Category filters include symbol lists, region, equity type, exchange, currency, sector, industry, country, earnings timing, and options availability. Numeric filters cover the available price, volume, fundamental, and market-data fields.
Numeric filters accept the comparison operators >, >=, <, and <=, and the magnitude suffixes k (thousand), m (million), b (billion), and t (trillion). Combine two operators for a bounded range. For example: >1B <1T (market cap between one billion and one trillion), >=10m (at least ten million), <-5 (below −5), or >2.5.
Columns controls the table fields and their order. Click a header to sort ascending or descending. Use Per page, Prev, and Next to page through results. Table shows rows. Treemap draws the same paged results and supports up to two grouping levels, defaulting to sector and industry when available.
Sort, page, and save
The result header shows the count, current page, and active sort. Regular-session last-price cells update live. Pre-market and after-hours snapshot values can appear for all viewers; live pre-market and after-hours updates require full data. Refresh recalculates the screen.
Sign in to save a screener. Saved Screeners can be opened, renamed, overwritten with the current screen, or deleted. Opening a saved screener restores its filters, ranges, sort, columns, view, grouping, and paging choices.
Open a result
Click a symbol to open its symbol page. Price fields can be session-specific, while fundamentals, short interest, and FTD data update on their own publication schedules.
Use the relevant symbol tab to view the source history behind a screener field. CSV export requires premium access and follows the account's export limit.
Export results
Investor subscribers can export Screener results as CSV. The export follows the current filters and the account's export limit.
Alert on result changes
Create Alert saves the filters and ranges that determine Screener membership. Choose whether to alert when symbols enter the results, leave the results, or either. Sort, columns, page, and Table or Treemap view do not change membership and are not part of the alert.
The first evaluation records the current result set without sending an event. Later changes show the entered and exited symbols and the current result count in Inbox.
Reuse a screener
Use Saved Screeners to reopen the same configuration. Add individual symbols to a watchlist, or use a Screener window in Terminal when selecting a result should update a linked chart.
