Terminal

Arrange charts, screeners, watchlists, heatmaps, dark-pool data, crypto depth, and notes in a multi-tab workspace.

Terminal displays multiple tools in movable, resizable windows organized into tabs.

Add tabs and windows

Use Add to create a tab or choose a window from Account, Charts, Market, Symbol, Options, Data, or Games. Each tab has its own windows, positions, settings, and symbol link groups.

Select a window type from the gadget picker to add it to the active tab.
  • Account: Alerts, including Inbox, Rules, and Delivery.
  • Charts and Market: Chart, Screener, Watchlist, Portfolio, Heatmap, and Market Strip.
  • Symbol: Quote, Overview Stats, and Historical Prices.
  • Options: Option Charts, Option Chain, Option Summary, and Option Flow.
  • Data: Exchange Volume, Exchange Volume Today, Short Volume, Borrow Fee, Borrow Fee Changes, Failure to Deliver, Short Interest, Dividends, Splits, Dark Pool Levels, Dark Pool Prints, and Trade Flow.
  • Data also includes Reddit Cumulative Mentions, Reddit Heating Up, Reddit Leaderboard, Crypto Tape, Level 2 / Depth, and Notes. Games contains Brick Breaker.

Arrange tabs and windows

Click a tab to switch to it, drag it to reorder it, or open its menu to Close, Rename, or Clone it. Close is disabled when only one tab remains. Double-click a tab name to rename it. A cloned tab opens beside the original with independent copies of its windows.

Drag a window by its header, resize from its edges, and use the header actions to minimize, maximize or restore, clone, replace the gadget, or close it. Windows snap to the canvas grid and edges; clicking a window brings it to the front. Cloning copies the tool, settings, size, and position, shifts the copy slightly, and leaves it unlinked.

Use tabs to separate window layouts. Window headers provide move, resize, minimize, maximize, clone, replace, and close controls.

Link symbols between windows

Screener, Watchlist, Portfolio, Heatmap, and Market Strip can send a selected symbol to windows on the same tab. The link button cycles through Unlinked, A, B, C, D, and back to Unlinked.

Each symbol source skips letters assigned to another source on the tab. Selecting a symbol updates the group's charts, quotes, overview statistics, historical prices, symbol data, options, and Flow windows. Level 2 / Depth and Crypto Tape also accept compatible linked symbols. Target windows keep their other settings when the symbol changes. Alerts, Reddit Trends, Notes, and games do not participate.

Selecting a Screener row in group A changes the symbol in the Chart window assigned to group A.
  • Assign one source and one or more single-symbol targets to the same letter.
  • Use different letters for independent link groups on the same tab.
  • A target letter can be reused freely; only source letters are exclusive.
  • Clone a configured target when you want a starting copy, then assign its link group explicitly.

Configure each window

Chart retains its symbol, exchange, bar size, style, indicators, display settings, and drawings. Screener retains filters, sort, columns, and page size. Watchlist uses the same list editor as the account page. Level 2 / Depth retains the pair, venues, layout, grouping, units, and display density. Notes retains plain text.

Window settings are independent unless the symbol is controlled by a link group. Changing a linked symbol does not reset the target window's other settings.

Symbol-data windows retain their selected dataset, table modes, dates, and columns. Options windows retain their view and expiration controls. The Alerts window provides the same Inbox, Rules, and Delivery tabs as the account page.

The BTCUSD Level 2 / Depth window includes live venue books and its own display controls.

Save the workspace

Signed-out changes last for the current page session. Sign in to save the workspace to the account. Desktop and mobile layouts are stored separately, so each device class can use geometry suited to its screen without replacing the other layout.

The initial desktop workspace includes a starting layout with a chart and Visible Range Volume Profile. Watchlists can be edited from a Watchlist window or the full Watchlists page.

Name tabs to identify their contents. Use separate tabs when groups of windows should have independent layouts and symbol links.

A saved Terminal workspace restores named tabs, window layouts, window settings, links, and notes.
