View forward and reverse stock splits by ex-date, ratio, share multiplier, and type, with links to the matching historical price row.
The split table lists each event's ex-date, ratio, share multiplier, and type.
Ratio, shares, and type
Ratio states how old shares convert into new shares. Shares gives the corresponding multiplier, and Type identifies the event as a forward or reverse split.
A forward split increases the number of shares and reduces the per-share price proportionally. A reverse split reduces the number of shares and increases the per-share price proportionally.
Ratio and Shares describe the conversion; Type distinguishes forward and reverse splits.
