I am swinging Nvidia only rn and the unrealized gains are sweet.I am seeing a more risky play setup; AAL was hit hard by the US-Iran conflict and currently at the bottom their price channel. If this ceasefire ends the conflict, they will run for a bit.

I’ve been digging into United’s ($UAL) latest pivot and it’s a bit of a coin toss. They’re basically trying to push premium/luxury services to juice their margins, even though customer sentiment is pretty shaky right now and everyone is complaining about prices.
The strategy is clear: they want to segment the market so they can charge a premium to corporate and high-end travelers while the rest of the industry fights for scraps in economy. But with inflation still biting and the situation in the Middle East potentially sending fuel prices sideways, this feels like a high-stakes gamble.
What I’m looking at:
UAL: This premium pricing move is going to make the stock volatile. If it works, their margins will look great next quarter. If not, they’re going to lose market share fast.
DAL & AAL: Delta is already playing in the premium space, so it’ll be interesting to see if United can actually steal their lunch or if they just end up priced out.
The Breakdown:
If the corporate crowd buys into the "premium" experience, we could see a nice 5-8% upside in the next few months as their EBITDA improves. However, if the average traveler decides they’re done with the price hikes, or if geopolitical tensions push oil prices higher, United is going to be in a tough spot trying to defend these rates.
Personally, I’m 50/50 on this. On one hand, the wealthy seem to keep spending; on the other, the optics of raising prices while service quality is being questioned isn't great.
