Friend also request a paper check, agent did not want to disclose other than (wire was succesful) and say its up to us to trace it down (1st portion)
Where that landed in what legacy account etc is unknown. Request for paper check ignored (TO SON)

Clearly a mishap and not within legal guidelines
Friend was in the hospital and request paper check and you still routed it to a random account saying it cleared and won't provide details.
Yes, friend should have provided his own ABA routing # etc.
