This is why I can't even see GTI going back above 30 usd without a CPG buyout in play.
They're probably going to be the first target with their financials and Ben's connections, but having the ticker flip at 15-25 would be a bummer.
I'm hoping that we get some room to run as more uplistings hit the market and MSOS loses control of the price action.
I think that a lot of that action will depend on retail awareness though. TRLV didn't do much compared to the APHA>TLRY and CGC events.

Guess the other MSOs aren't missing out by not uplisting so no need to rush.
Still curious to see how this plays out for TRLV. IIRC passive index buying won't kick in until until Q4. Institutional investors will probably slowly dip in. If we don't see a reset in valuation mutiples by the end of the year, then the uplisting thesis could be in trouble. 

Has Kim started selling her shares? Can't imagine what the impact of that would be given the current prices.
Basically at this point TRLV is the price leader. If it does well, GTI and CURA will do well. If it doesn't, I can't see the others do well. If you're already on the NYSE, have pretty good economics save the UTP and still perform like this.. what hope is there for others?
It seems like all hope is on the rescheduling hearings beginning EOM.
And then the only thing that could help would be a big company investing into Trulieve or acquiring it, but I can't imagine anyone in the space now would be happy to cede ownership at this SP. At least 3x would be the starting point.

Improved liquidity is an understatement. Second day on the NYSE we traded 1.1M shares. The bid/ask spread has been within Pennie’s. Liquidity is the problem with the entire sector, large money can’t enter or exit without manipulating their own positions.
We’re so early here, it will be months on DD from institutions before they take positions. Most are waiting for 100% clarity from the hearing fast approaching/tax guidance.
Until then, TRLV is a large portion of the MSOS ETF which is highly manipulated because of said low liquidity OTC/CSE names. When the other top holdings get uplisting and custody the real race will begin.
Like clockwork for the last 5 years MM’s have been able to completely control the options market within the ETF, and it’s what they’re trying to do right now.
Sell options, pin price action, collect premiums, repeat.

I've just exited TRLV. Before that, I was in CURLF, where my position went up to 3X. Repositioned some to TRLV, and made about 40% on that. Still hold 1/150th of CLVR, waiting for that to come alive again.

No? TRLV volume has been 2x higher than average the past 2 days and the bid/ask spread is getting tighter. Also, today it dropped down nearly 9% before rebounding back up to close green while other MSOs and the ETF closed red. These are all signs of improved liquidity to me

Price action definitely seems somewhat improved so far since TRLV uplisted. I'm excited to see what happens next!

The MSOS accumulation phase ended yesterday (6/10) due to a change in the structural rules that govern its largest holding, TRLV (28.73%).

MSOS chart is mirroring TRLV chart almost 1:1 now.
I guess this is how it's going to be going forwards until GTBIF and CURLF are uplisting.

My shares of TRLV are listed as "missing" for me and it shows N/A for trades today.. anybody know what's going on?

Lol TRLV is a rollercoaster today. From down 9% to up 2%
