I agree that Toll Brothers (TOL) and M/I Homes (MHO) have greater potential for price rise than Lennar. Both of them have a 1 year target estimate about $20 above the current price, so analysts like them.
I do wonder about the road ahead for all three, though. Housing always builds fast and furious until, one day, it is overbuilt. Who wants to get caught on the other side of that? Demographics will determine how good these are past one year. For now I pass.

LEN is interesting, but I think TOL and MHO look better. LEN looks like a bargain based on the Peter Lynch formula here:
