So I assume you had that experience with every “physical branch” of every bank in the same jurisdictions which Revolut is working? Otherwise generalizing worth nothing. Personally I have my personal experience with the physical branches of Spanish BBVA and Caixa, tens of years of freaking experience. Nothing close to what you are talking about. Moreover branches’ personal generally so freaking incompetent that Revolut AI looks like just a genious.
