You can easily Dollar cost average a gold ounce or even a half ounce by simply putting away $24 a day(for a OZ) or $13.50(for 1/2oz) in a jar for 6 months. Thats way easier than letting go a beautiful ring like that from your father .
My dad gave my his chain and pendant and I’ll never let it go. And if I give it to my kids and they sell it I’ll be eating at the heaven gate with a lecture on why I was haunting them since it was melted 😂😂😂😂😂😂

Basically, my refinery was only buying about 50 oz a week when Silver was over 100 and OZ because they were getting flooded with silver. I’m not complaining—I was able to sell mine for over $110/oz—. After about a month, everyone got scared to buy, and generic 90% silver was getting pushed back to around 75% of spot.
But guess what didn’t take a hit? Numismatic coins, slabs, and other high-premium, graded pieces.
I love coins. I probably have three generic rounds and over 500 oz of silver in total. My point is, the premium is there for a reason.

Over the past year I bought 4 1/4 OZ AGEs. Total cost: $3200. Dollar cost averaging works.

Hi everyone! So made my first purchase of probably about to be many. I got a OZ silver TD bar (canada) at 89.00 today. What im wondering, I had the choice between a maple coin at the same price or the bar. Seeing the bar.. I was sold, but are maples more or less worth stacking? Are coins or rounds more preferred in the long run?
