I'll just post this as a response to OP, but its really in response to a lot of what i've seen about the Librela situation. I've been researching Zoetis myself, and one part of that has been going on VetTech subreddit (and just reddit in general) and reading about this Librela situation. From everything i've read, this seems to be the case:
Librela was a medication used to treat dogs with chronic pain (often arthritis-like joint pain) and these are almost always older dogs with other issues. Importantly, one must use diagnostics and bloodwork to rule out neurological issues that may masquerade as joint pain. Often times, customers don't want this because its expensive. When there is an undiagnosed pre-existing neurological issue, Librela can (very occasionally) cause some real issues and even death. Now, its important to note that out of the millions and millions of dogs treated with Librela, only (and sorry to say *only* because I'm a dog lover for sure) a few thousand died or experienced very serious side effects. The rate is something like 0.1%. Zoetis won this lawsuit. Usually what I've seen on reddit are 3 people:
Person 1) "I loved my dog SO FUCKING MUCH and it was 14 years old and overweight and has other issues, I gave it Librela and it died and i'm FURIOUS and my dog should have lived FOREVER."
Person 2 - this is more common): "My dog was old and having a lot of trouble with chronic pain, after librela it lived two more years happily and I didn't have to put it down."
Person 3 - the Vet) "Almost all my patients have seen pretty great results from Librela."
There was a study some will site that makes some negative claims about Librela increasing the probability of neurological disorders in dogs, but this study used 18 dogs as its sample....
18. Not 18 *thousand.* ..no no: 18.
The reality is that while the shareholder lawsuit against Zoetis mgmt about downplaying the effect on earnings from this Librela scandal may hold water, the idea that Zoetis's blockbuster drug is some dog killer is just untrue. Ya can't blame some lady for trying to find someone to be mad at that her best friend died, but unfortunately Zoetis is getting a lot of pretty unwarranted heat from this. When my aunt googles "librela" shes gonna have some questions for her vet. That is the dynamic that is hurting sales (in my view). Zoetis also has also rolled out Lenivia in Canada, Europe, and the Uk. Its the same thing but you only have to get it injected once every 3-months.
But either way, all i'm saying is for an investor, we should distinguish between a headline and a real problem with the product our business sells. I've never heard of a pill without potentially awful side effects. 0.1% is pretty good - especially for elderly dogs.
For what its worth, I do agree that the selloff isn't "for nothing." Definitely been a bad couple years on almost every front for Zoetis.

Especially at 22, I would strongly consider some Roth funds into a momentum ETF like SPMO. Look at the total returns for SPMO vs VOO over time. SPMO is inherently more volatile, but you have SO long to ride the volatility, the tax-free growth potential is enormous.
I am older than you, but SPMO is a core holding in my Roth. My biggest single holding is SCHD, but that is in my taxable account for the same reason as the person above (access to that passive income pre-retirement without selling shares).
