Are you trying to make money or attempt to have drawdowns at different times?
Midcap industrials like STRL, NVT and MTZ are intertwined with tech as datacenter and other infrastructure builders. So they would be subject to a tech drawdown rather than whatever a momentum drawdown might look like.
XMHQ has nothing going for it in this context. Similar volatility and max drawdowns to XMMO, but way less than half of the return the past three years. If SPMO makes sense to you and you are certain you want midcap exposure, XMMO is logical then to pick.
