We are now at $13.5 per share or $400 million market capitalization. $40 per share is my expectation for the next 6 months or so, $135 would be a best case buy-out scenario.
In the most likely scenario of progress with both drug candidates and a Sanofi collaboration with $400 million upfront payment I expect $40 per share or $1.2 billion market capitalization. Half cash, half sentiment, Covid-19 revenue from Europe/UK in addition to Japan, probably a Covid19/influenza combination vaccine candidate, maybe additional vaccine candidates, probably a new BARDA cooperation, overall roughly valued like CureVac.
The CF revenue potential is at least $1 billion, possibly more in a direct competition with Vertex outside of the class 1 population. Sionna Therapeutics recently failed and lost billions in market capitalization. Vertex/Moderna failed. Vertex has a $140 billion market capitalization and almost all of the revenue is CF related. Arcturus Therapeutics now is the only credible threat to their profit margins as a monopolist.
BioNTech has almost $20 billion in cash, mRNA vaccines, mRNA oncology, mRNA litigation against Moderna. They just bought CureVac last year, more litigation followed. If they buy Arcturus Therapeutics we might see sa-mRNA oncology, a Covid19/influenza combination vaccine candidate, inhaled vaccine candidates, even more litigation.
As a best case scenario I can imagine a buyout at $135 per share or $4 billion. BioNTech might then divest the CF program to Vertex to regain maybe half of the capital. As a BioNTech shareholder I hope for better capital utilization and I'm still waiting for details regarding the spin-off.
The obvious risks are shareholder dilution and an adverse event in the CF trial, although I'm less concerned about that the more time passes. Less obvious is the uncertain efficacy of ARCT-2138 against influenza B Victoria. Is a "modest dose-response (≤ 2.1-fold)" enough to compete with GSK, Moderna and Merck(CD388) or was CSL right to neglect the development?
Mice:
"The most significant differences in HAI titers were observed between ARCT-2138 and cell-based and recombinant influenza vaccines. While a significant increase in HAI titers was observed for H1N1 and B Victoria antigens at day 56 for ARCT-2138 compared to the adjuvanted influenza vaccine, no difference was observed between these vaccine groups for H3N2 antigen, and the immune response for B Yamagata antigen was lower after ARCT-2138. Neurominidase antibody responses were assessed at days 42 and 70. As with HAI titers, ARCT-2138 elicited significant higher antibody titers for all four vaccine strains and at all time points analyzed when compared to titers from mice immunized with cell-based and recombinant influenza vaccines. ARCT-2138 neuraminidase antibody response were slightly, but significantly, higher for all vaccine strains except B Yamagata compared to mice immunized with adjuvanted influenza vaccines."

Humans:
"All tested dose levels of ARCT-2138 were immunogenic against all four influenza strains as measured by hemagglutinin-inhibition assay in both age groups, demonstrating a modest dose-response (≤ 2.1-fold) within the range of the tested doses (2-20 μg)."

LGVN and it’s not even close. I’m genuinely way too excited for September lol. Feels like waiting for Friday candy night as a kid.
The main reason is honestly the team. Willard has actual biotech CEO and deal experience, Powell has GSK and Lilly behind him and is literally focused on partnerships, and Hare gives the science real credibility.
If ELPIS II hits, I really think this could change insanely fast. Suddenly it’s not just some tiny biotech at 80 cents. Now you’ve got good trial data, FDA momentum, bigger pharma already talking to them and multiple other programs that become way more interesting.
Obviously if the trial bombs this thing can get absolutely murdered. But if the data are good, man… I think this could get very fun very quickly.
FYI! But it’s my favorite! Not cause it’s safe or “obviously good stock”… but the potential! So don’t bet big!

Hi,
New to this community, so, hopefully will be able to provide some good insights to potential trades that follows the below strategy.
The MACD RSI Strategy is simple, ***IF*** you follow the rules!
On the ***DAY*** chart.
Your selected stock/forex needs to be either overbought (**>70**) or oversold (**<30**) on the RSI scale within the last couple of days.
The earnings date needs to be at least 14 days out.
Once the above is good, wait for the MACD to cross in the same direction as the RSI, either both bullish or both bearish.
If you go for a trade, set your stop loss (SL) either above the most recent highest high in the case of a short, or below the most recent lowest low in the case of a long.
Let the trade sit until the RSI crosses the 50 mark. When it does close the trade.
This can take a day or several weeks depending on the stock, obviously forex moves faster! 😄
This is not financial advice, and you accept the risk should you enter a trade.
**New potentials will be posted here on a daily basis**, if they appear.
