I really like iShares CRBN. It passively tracks an MSCI index and has very low tracking error with VT. If you are a fan of the "VT and chill" investment style you can swap 1:1 to "CRBN and chill." It's like easy mode for ESG investing.
If you're comfortable with a bit more tracking error, I absolutely adore iShares USXF. It passively tracks an MSCI index at a reasonable 0.10 expense ratio.
