Y split between B & C.... Just list everything you have or will have. You can also write if i own any of PQR in future, they will be treated the following way.... This way the will get's triggered and its publicly available with entire lawyer databases even if you dont know what the person of death has/had.
Very easy to find everything and retrieve + give to whomever you wanted to.
You can amend the will every 10 years to include everything or make changes. You might fight with your sister who you earlier listed as transfer heir for your mutual funds :)

Pay off debts. You have 3 coming off the books in the next two months. Take what you save from that and put it towards paying off the rest of the debt. Highest interest rates first. Then spend the next 3 months paying off the rest.

Get rid of expensive car and buy one that you can pay for in cash when you have it. You WFH. There's no need for a fancy new car.
Once those are out of the way, save up 800k in cash liquid. Put most of it in digital banks so it can earn better interest than trad banks. That's your emergency fund. Do not touch unless it is an EMERGENCY.
In your normal bank, keep about 250k. That's for your expenses.

Consult an advisor (NOT AN INSURANCE SELLER) as to how you can reach those goals.

Je nachdem wie hoch die Gewerbesteuer ist kannst du locker 40-50% Steuerlast bei Aktien haben. Bezogen auf den Gewinn den die Firma verdient.
Man kann natürlich einfach nur die Steuern anschauen die auf die ausgeschüttet Dividende anfallen, aber das wäre schön ziemlich kurzsichtig und verschweigt dann einfach einen Teil der Belastung.
Genau wie viele auch gerne die Arbeitgeberanteile der Sozialversicherung ignorieren bzw. So tun als wären das ja kosten die beim Arbeitgeber landen und kostenlos für jeden AN sind. In Wahrheit sind diese natürlich beim Arbeitgeber eingepreist in den Kosten die ein Arbeitnehmer verursacht und müssen letztendlich durch ihn bezahlt bzw. Erwirtschaftet werden .

Wenn man schon so trennen will sollte grob der Unterschied zu Steuerklasse 4:4 ausgeglichen werden und danach deine fehlenden 10 Stunden.
Kann natürlich gut sein, dass ein Großteil davon wieder in einen gemeinsamen Topf geht, aber so sieht man zumindestmal was dir flöten geht.
Man könnte auch die RV-Beiträge (AG/AN) davon berechnen und diese dann entsprechend anderweitig anlegen.
