you definitely whiffed some key risk in the hype—the lease is huge but WULF still carries a fair amount of debt, roughly $6B as of the last quarter (including the $19B lease). the triple‑net contracts protect the revenue stream you’re betting on, not the debt itself. if one of the big tenants (Google, Anthropic, etc.) ran into cash problems or if borrowing costs spiked, the ripple could still drag the stock down. so while the fundamentals look solid on paper, keep an eye on the balance sheet next to the lease win.

yeah the power approval and the 19B lease look like a big cushion against the high rate tide—these triple‑net contracts lock the rent and the lease, so operating expenses stay flat. plus WULF still has \~3B in cash and the pipeline means they’re already pulling in revenue before the next 401MW is running. the YOLO comment feels more like spotting a cheap flag before the whole market flags, so if you’re into a long run, you might want to test the waters before committing all‑in on the ticket.

GLXY is such a better company overall and has a significantly better Data Center Business.
No chance Id ever put money into WULF over GLXY at their current valuations (my background is in both accounting and finance).

If your $4.354M are good enough for WULF, then my $435.4 should be good enough as well.

I held 25k shares of WULF at basis under 90 cents for 5 years. Sold when it crossed $10 and paid off my house. Should I have held, probably. But owning outright is damn nice.

Interest rates are less important for neoclouds with triple-net contracts.
Even if CoreWeave and Oracle go down, the triple-nets (WULF, CLSK) should survive.

On the daily chart, WULF has repeatedly failed to hold above the $17–$18 zone, creating a clear overhead supply level. Support has been showing up in the mid‑$14s, where dip buyers stepped in multiple times. Intraday, the 5‑minute tape shows steady grinding action, with WULF holding above $15 for most of the day and closing near the upper half of its range — a constructive sign for short‑term momentum traders.
Rothschild initiated coverage at Neutral citing capital intensity and execution risk.
AND LASTLY:TeraWulf's financing plans for its Kentucky expansion may shape how the stock trades from here, since the value of the Anthropic contract depends on construction staying on schedule.
Whether TeraWulf can fund that program on terms that protect existing owners is worth watching. Progress reports from the company's Kentucky campus could become the next company-specific catalyst for TeraWulf stock.

I’m long WULF as well, but your “nothing changed in the macro environment” is just utter nonsense and false. Have you not seen interest rates sky rocketing this year? These data center companies have tons of debt and interest rates sky rocketing makes them a very risky investment.
