Honestly with $80k and being 39, I’d probably keep building the ETF base first and slowly add individual dividend growers over time rather than rushing into a full stock portfolio.
Names that come up a lot for reliability are things like MSFT, JNJ, PG, PEP, and maybe something like V or HD for dividend growth. Not always the highest yield, but the consistency and growth tend to matter more long-term.
Also worth remembering that to generate $90k–$150k purely from dividends you’d likely need a portfolio in the $3M–$5M range depending on yield, so focusing on total return and growth early on might actually get you there faster than chasing yield right now.

My portfolio’s foundation consists of VOO, SCHD, VYMI, SCHG, AVUV, and GLDM. I also have “satellites” split between growth and income-generation (which is divided further between dividend/distribution growth and dividend/distribution yield).
dividend/distribution growth: CNQ, CVX, EOG, AVGO, TXN, GOOGL, MARUY, ISMAY, LMT, RTX, GD, MRK, WM, HSBC, BNS, KO, PEP, and NEE.
dividend/distribution yield: MO, BTI, ET, EPD, WES, O, PFE, BMY, SPYI, BLOX, and BTCI.
Growth: NVDA, AMZN, AVAV, KTOS, RKLB, PLTR, OII, NOW and RCAT.
Commodities: IBIT

Long since 2012 with a cost basis of roughly $27. I would not add here, in fact I've not added to KO since December of 2016. Typically anything below a 3% yield is a bad time to buy. The move has already happened in dividend stocks for the most part - I mean look at SCHD. I'm using some of my dividend from my slow, boring investments like KO, PEP, JNJ, etc to buy more MSFT and AMZN.

There are probably some good ideas for you in the Dividend Income sections. The ones held in the taxable account are generally more tax friendly.
If you don’t mind K1s then I would look at some of the MLPs like AB, EPD and MPLX

all 4 are dividend kings, meaning they have increased their dividend every year for at least 50 years. I have both KO and PEP. Pepsi is a very diversified in the companies it owns from soft drinks to snack foods and more. Plus I like both main line sodas (Pepsi and Coca-Cola). For the individual stock portion of my portfolio, I look to have roughly 4-5% dividend yield as an average across all holdings, so some may be below 4% (AAPL/NVDA) and others above 5% (ET/ENB). I do like dividend kings. You can get a list at the Motley Fool website.
PG and JNJ are on my list to keep an eye on as potential adds to my portfolio, along with ABBV and AWR.
One consideration, if the dividend rate ($$$) is higher than Earnings/share ($$$), that could be a warning sign that a cut may be in store. But not always.
Always do your own research and take what I have said with a grain of salt, and think about what you want for both long term and near term.
Also, I have had to recently change my investment strategy as I was recently laid off from work and, at my age, unlikely to get another job in my field (well over 60). Plus I don't want to compete with my colleagues who also just got the axe for the same jobs.
Good luck.
