NUAI having 2 site as below;
As of the latest disclosed status for New Era Energy & Digital (NUAI)⁠’s **Texas Critical Data Centers (TCDC)** project in Ector County/Odessa:
**Construction permits:** ✅ Development Structure Permit and Drive Approach Permit have been **approved by Ector County**.
**Site grading:** ✅ TCEQ approved the Notice of Intent allowing grading/site work to commence.
**Phase 1 plat:** ⏳ **Submitted to both Ector County and the City of Odessa, but the company’s latest disclosure still lists “Plat approval” as the next milestone.**
**Phase 1 power:** ⏳ PPA remains under advanced negotiation.
**Phase 1 capacity:** approximately **207 MW**.
**Phase 2:** proposed \~550 MW, bringing Phase 1 + 2 to roughly **757 MW gross**.
Additionally, Google on Sept 14 also exploring potential data center project at Lea County, New Mexico and NUAI having planned capacity of 7+ GW. This is still on early stage.

Allegedly the early announcements on the tenant, not named but reportedly is Anthropic. Although no further 8K filling on it, and the value up to 13bil.

This is waiting for potential tenant, I bought in during the dip at 3.

Institutional shareholder names in it after the PIPE completed. Worth to look into it.
