How could LUNR possibly be an attractive investment at $22 but an unattractive one at $14? You are buying the exact same thing for less money? This thinking makes me suspect you did nor price discovery at all.

You're buying stocks randomly without any risk management. Not sure what you expect.
LUNR is a terrible stock. Maybe that will change, but that's the situation today. When you purchase individual stocks without a plan for what to do if you're wrong, bad things tend to happen.
LUNR has to gain 80% from today's price just to reach your target of $26. Can it happen? Sure. Is it likely? No.
It is a psychological trap to hold the same stocks expecting them to act differently. The question is not whether LUNR will gain 80%. It's whether you believe of all the stocks in the universe, it has the best chance of doing that. If you believe that, then sure, hold. If not, find another stock to "get back" your money.

Holding LUNR also but I'm down way way more than you. Every day it goes up I sell a little and move it elsewhere. The question is will LUNR go back up faster than something else like MU. Made a good chunk on MU yesterday.

Investing 50% of your portfolio in one name was the first mistake as you recognize in the post. Specially a highly speculative, non profitable name like LUNR.
Because you said 5 years and dont need the money, then start acting as if that 6,500 simply doesnt exist. If it recovers one day then great, just dont think about it.
Use your other 6,500 more wisely and treat it as your whole portfolio. Diversify that only in stable, profitable names or indexes.
If it's hard to handle emotionally, just delete the app, not even kidding. I blew my account because of this.

no - you're already way overextended and not diversified. do not get any more LUNR or any space stock. 

New money into funds is the responsible answer. Doubling down on LUNR has bigger upside but also significantly more downside 

That’s fair. If you were in my position today, would you keep adding to LUNR at these prices or start directing new money into index funds instead?

I mean you have LUNR and RKLB - what’d you think would happen if a sentiment became negative in the space?
