💯☝️ much of traditional finance won't touch it or the interest would be prohibitively high. PSS is assuming the risk at a significant discount which implies a discount to shareholders as well. If IBRX goes bk, PSS stands to lose the most since he's the largest shareholder. He could potentially buy it out of bankruptcy but it's still a loss.
