Another shitco SPAC getting away with this nonsense. GMFI charter expired on **December 29, 2024**, FIVE MONTHS AGO. Now they plan to pretend it never happened and trudge along.

Sent an email to Perception Capital Corp III ( Unlisted PFTA PFTAW ) investor relations, their charter expired last month, asked for an update. Sure you will all be shocked to hear that no update was provided.

You NEED to be 100% in the charts. There is a reason why the average learning time to profitability is FIVE years.
I have minimum two hour mental preparation before the session because trading is 80% mental and 20% chart. It includes gym, shower, changing clothes and writing down my plan and rules and ending in meditation. Every day.
You can't game, and think you gonna become a successful trader. The technical can be taught in a few months but the entirety up to five years, mentality, risk profile, etc, with focus.
If you are bored watching the charts, QUIT. It's the most exciting thing ever and it has to be. Watching the charts makes me understand how football people feel during a game.
