The 'enemy' holds nearly half the shares (and they'd own more if it was never diluted), just who is it you think you'll 'win' against. It's just a normal company, anyone can buy shares, sell shares, sell shares short, buy puts or calls, etc there is just nothing special about it and it's not very compelling if the story is trying to buy EBAY with 20 billion in debt financing and dilution.
There was is generally a VERY short period of time (concentrates down to a few days after setting up for a couple weeks) that allow a short squeeze like Volkswagen or GME, than the very specific conditions ease and it might be volatile but tradable shares will become available. You can call it crime, but the markets are not some board-game you can find a rule and situation to exploit that everyone will just be like ok, here's your million per share. I just don't understand why people can't understand nothing in life works that way, even if it does not seem fair.
