Trading NQ daily doesn’t make anyone a “wise trader”. I trade Nasdaq daily too, and am nowhere near the level of expertise of someone who is licensed, has a clean track record, etc. Also love the more informative analysis, that’s what you should’ve said instead of attacking someone online looking for guidance, same goes for him talking back like a know it all as well. Also in the meantime, AGNC is a clean temporary hold if it’s 5-10% of someone’s dividend portfolio

Appreciate the input, but I trade NQ daily even right now at 4am, so I'm watching my portfolio all day, not once or twice a week.
My issue with AGNC isn't the yield, it's the track record. The dividend has been cut multiple times over the past decade and the share price has lost a lot of value over the long run. A few years of a steady $0.12 doesn't make it a quality long-term hold.
And for the record, Gen X here. I'd say it to his face.

In contrast to what you said, and your name “wisestocks”, you should absolutely have exposure to both safe and risky investments. AGNC consistently for 3 years at .12 a share, is considered long term, as you should know being called wise stocks. You also should be checking your portfolio 1-2 times a week regardless of who you are. So you’ll be keeping tabs regardless. No reason to get disrespectful and call someone a peasant. This is online, I’m sure neither of you guys would say these things to eachother in person so why say it at all
