It will allow new pools of investor capital to come in. It’s good if you like the value of your digital assets going up. Especially the ones that can be construed as securities like XRP.

Hi, I too have been ripped off by Gemini in the 1hr prediction market. I was predicting that XRP would be $1.38 or higher on the hour. It was $1.38 on the hour, again screenshots to prove it, rather than pay out, they switched my wager to “no”!!!! Clearly a scam! I am going to the ftc and sec unless they make this right

The Clarity Act does provide clarity for regulation, but as I emphasized in the post, I value the adoption of XRP in real world cross-border payments, not short term hype driven price spikes. Sustainable growth stems from real utility, not FOMO

I’ve held on to my XRP Dolphin bag for way too long and currently BARELY breaking even.
I’m aware it’s the entire crypto market, not just XRP.
I’ve already diversified a bit after a year of “crypto” stagnation after October 10th.
Ok, I stumbled on the bundle packages that Kraken offers. Just looking to make better returns than a bank account savings. (Who have highly influenced the politicians). I’m not sure the argument from banks what the issue is to have the politicians on their side. I’m not a financial guru.
Now back to my point. There is a bundle option in Kraken that offers 10 different cryptocurrencies with a 10% investment in all. Goes to 100%.
Forgetting pump and dump, which I highly doubt for XRP, it seems to me diversifying in this bundle I could at least make more returns than from a traditional bank. 🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️🤔🤔.
Forgeting Kraken’s 1099 debacle this year, how would this affect the complexity of my taxes or 1099 for 2026? I assume Kraken will give a 1099DA Showing all the 10 different tokens???

What are the actual chances we see $1.50 XRP?

Expect 3 to 8 usd in next 5 to 10 years for conservative estimate. Not bad for those who did large investments even now at these prices. The cool thing is that there is a good chance that XRP will be adopted into the global financial infrastructure within that time which we could expect double digits numbers.
Consider most people invest for 20 to 40 years just to make fraction of what xrp could make. Whereas xrp has a good chance to make more and even have a sky rocket moment.

Not passing the Clarity act and Iran are what are holding it down. Banks do not like XRP so now everyone going to fight for customers and XRP will shoot up the price, my guess is as good as yours but it will go up I doubt $10. Let’s just be conservative and say 5-8 dollars if I’m wrong then fuck yea!!

I’m trying to rethink my portfolio and could use some outside perspective.
I’ve got around $30k that I want to spread across a few different coins. My main focus is growth — I’m not too concerned about deep fundamentals, but I also don’t want to throw money into obvious hype or meme projects.
Current holdings:
\- \~$35k in ETH
\- \~$3k in BTC
\- \~$2k in BNB
\- Small amounts in a few altcoins
I’m considering trimming a big portion of my ETH (around $25–30k) and reallocating it.
A few ideas I’ve been thinking about:
\- Increasing my BTC position since it usually drives the overall market
\- Looking into privacy-focused coins (with projects competing around Monero) wondering if there’s any long-term narrative there or if regulation makes that risky
\- Allocating some funds into popular names like AVAX, XRP, Polygon, or TON
I’m trying to figure out:

Things can be bad and low price for a long time and then just suddenly explode.
This happened just recently with silver, where for 10-15 years you could give away silver because it was seen as super cheap.
Then suddenly tech companies needed silver and then it exploded and everyone ran out and queued for hours trying to buy it.
But with silver it had proven itself through time as a solid asset, whereas crypto is brand new in the grand scheme of things.
The real question is: Is XRP a winner that will be proven throughout time?
