Good call, but there's one catch worth spelling out before people relax 🔐 On the XRP Ledger, adding a signer list doesn't switch off your original key by itself. The master key keeps working until you explicitly disable it, and the ledger only lets you do that once a signer list or regular key is in place. So if the old seed is the one that leaked, multisig alone doesn't save you; it's the multisig plus the disabled master that does. A few other things I'd check before moving real funds: - Pick a quorum you can still meet if one device dies. 2-of-3 is the usual sweet spot, since 2-of-2 turns one lost phone into a locked account. - Keep the signers truly separate. Two keys on the same phone or backed up in the same cloud folder is still one point of failure. - The signer list counts as an object on your account, so it adds to the owner reserve. - Do a dry run with a small amount first, including a test where one signer is "missing". Also worth remembering that most of the recent losses came from people signing something malicious, not from seeds getting cracked. Multisig helps there too, but only if each signer actually reads what they're approving 👀

It's the only counterparty-free asset that any account can accept. People have to hold it to pay fees. All of those things can help drive value and demand. I think a world where XRPL is highly successful in financial applications but XRP does not have high demand and value is very unlikely. I was incredibly fortunate this morning, in a very small way money-wise, but it made my day! I sold a fraction of my XRP (etf) and bought 100 shares of ELME, and then saw that I had turned roughly $7 into over $160! Now I realize that's peanuts to most of you guys, but I'm a novice, and usually don't have that kind of luck. 😀
