**GreetEat Corp. (GEAT) – OTC, $0.14**
A leak about a new Zoom integration and tomorrow’s Slack beta launch could spark interest. The company just landed its first major Fortune 500 contract (1,000 seats), adding $180K in annual recurring revenue. With a thin float and a key patent decision expected in September, any volume surge could send this moving.
**Intrusion Inc. (INTZ) – Nasdaq, $1.44**
Showing a double-bottom reversal on the daily chart. A close above $1.55 may confirm a breakout and attract algorithmic traders. The cybersecurity sector remains strong after last week’s federal funding boost.
**WM Technology (MAPS) – Nasdaq, $0.87**
A cannabis SaaS play with a $146M market cap and improving cash flow. The stock just reclaimed its 50-day moving average—if sector momentum holds, it could fill the gap up to $0.98.

Yeah i stopped listening to their nonsense long ago .
There are alot of vanguard and schwab people on social media pushing nonsense that usually underperforms
I rebalance semi yearly after every 2 quarters
But simplified my porfolio
Like
30% SPYI , QQQI, SCHD IDVO - core (switched from JEPI and JEPQ for tax purposes)
10% ARCC , O , UTG UTF OBDC MAIN - BDC Reits , closed
5% IYR - real estate
10% XLV XLE XLC XLF - sector specific
5% GLDI BTCI - gold and bitcoin derivatives
20% SPMO , SHLD NUKZ ROBO BUGS - thematic and momentum growth (i shift thematics every market cycle )
5% JBBB JAAA CLOZ BINC SGOV- fixed ( i will move into the best fixed at the time but try to keep short medium and long term , floating and total income funds as well as private credit
10% Singles - VISA CAT WM LMT LOW OS KO PLTR
5% high yield speculative.
I can balance about 6-8% yield and 4-5% growth , which gives me better than the 4% rule and grows more than inflation.
Sometimes like last year i did 12% yield and 10% growth . And in bear markets like 2022 i was only down about 11.3% during a 23% bear market with a loss in distributions by only 0.5% in yield.
I have a 10 year of 10% yield and 6.2% portfolio growth annualized , while my 457b by Empower fund managed did 8.9% annualized .
