Looks like everyone has given you good advice. I am retired and own ET/PRI. preferred shares. 7% perpetual. I have never liked K-1 forms as even with turbo tax sometimes it is a pain. However I also bought WES which also has K1. Dividends around 9% when i bought. The good dividend rate and history are important and worth the headache IMO
