I’m posting this because I honestly don’t know what else to do at this point.
At the beginning of May, Revolut halted my account and froze around €7,000 of my funds
without giving me a clear explanation. After months of waiting and going through their process, they eventually agreed to return the remaining balance.
I provided them with a third-party IBAN where the money could be transferred.
On September 22nd Revolut sent me a receipt confirming that the refund had sbeen sent
However, the money has still not arrived.
I have the transfer document from Revolut, but the funds are nowhere to be seen in the receiving account.
my money was frozen at the beginning of May, I went through months of waiting and dealing with the situation, and when Revolut finally says they have refunded me, the refund still doesn't arrive.
I have already provided all the information requested, waited 5 months, provided a valid IBAN for the refund, and finally received confirmation that the money had been sent.
And now I’m stuck again, with no money and no clear explanation.
At this point, I genuinely feel like I’m being taken for a fool.
If Revolut says the refund was sent on September 22nd, then I would expect them to be able to trace exactly where the money went.
I would really appreciate an explanation from Revolut:

I just want the money that belongs to me to actually reach the account I provided.
At this point, after everything I’ve already been through, this honestly feels like a complete joke.
If anyone has experienced something similar please let me know how you managed to resolve it.
I’ve also heard that Revolut recently had customers' private documents stolen, and now they have the audacity to steal and withhold customers' money as well. What should I do take legal action to get what I’m rightfully owed? As if the damage itself wasn't enough, now there's this mockery to deal with, too?

There's people with kids who understand that we have no choice but to keep kicking whatever cans we are currently kicking down the road, then there are people with no kids (and probably nobody else who loves them either) who want everything to burn down and the WANT for that inspires every bit of evidence they can find to convince themselves it is happening

No, you got it all backwards, yes drugs should be legalized, all of them. If you woke up tomorrow and meth was legal you implying you would go out and buy it then start smoking it?
Ofc not, you probably realize it's bad for you.
You act like you need the goverment to babysit you and tell you like you're a 10 year old what you should and should not do, ironically legalizing drugs would actually solve the war on drugs problem when people that WANT to buy drugs can actually go to a legal retail store and buy it instead of having to deal with some cartel mule in an alley. Violence would decrease and the govt raises money on the sales of it like any other drugs you can buy at CVS.
