I had to Google MT5 and know nothing about technical mumbo jumbo and think of chart reading as the same as astrology or looking for elephants in the clouds. My recent wins have been a HOOD call after it's disasters and confusing response to an earnings beat, Disney into earnings as it looked like they'd have a beat, and Amazon as it fell into earnings expecting a Microsoft type response to a beat. Those were three good outcomes.
Think of it like baseball. You're not trying to be Luis Arraez with a high average and low SLG. You're trying to be like Bryon Buxton where you're not getting as many hits but the ones you do get deliver outsized returns.
Don't be afraid of boring stocks. JNJ is typically like watching pain dry, but what if. If something extraordinary happens it's IV is going to jump and Vega will pay you. JNJ LEAPs aren't exactly cheap as reliability has a price too but they're a lot less than growth stocks whose underlying trade around the same price.
My advice would be take a break. Listen to some podcasts, read some books on investing, make some watchlist, grade yourself, understand your strengths and weaknesses, and then come back better prepared.
There's a Charlie Munger quote that gives me comfort, "There's always going to be someone getting richer faster and better than you are. This is not a tragedy."
