I’m new to mining I’m mining bitcoinZ what’s round earning mean?
Yesterday I was getting like 300 bitcoinZ every few hours. Today I been mining for 4 hours and haven’t got anything. Can you tell me what I can do or what’s going on.
Also is there other coins I could mine that are profitable?? I’m currently mining on a Laptop with a RTX 4050 6GB. I know it’s not that powerful but It’s all I have at the moment.
I’m thinking of getting a External GPU for the laptop because it has a thunderbolt usb c port maybe I could mine with a extra GPU

RTX is at an ATH. I’m up 15% on my shares. My thesis was that we’re gonna start a war or at least act like we are. But now I’m thinking of taking profits because I’m a hippie liberal and holding defense stocks feels icky

What the hell are you smoking? AMD has nothing that can come remotely close to the RTX 5090. DLSS, Frame Generation, Multi Frame Generation, raytracing, RTX Video Upscaling, RTX HDR, Multi Frame Generation, CUDA, AI applications are all whipping AMD's solutions, and that's on top of Nvidia offering better raster performance.

The CPU market is where AMD is kicking ass. Every market segment -- mobile, desktop, servers, they are delivering more powerful and energy efficient CPUs than Intel. I have no idea who the fuck is still buying an Intel CPU in a world where Epycs and 9950X3D's exist.

Although this is a narrow slice, this is quite the incredible image if one were to imagine seeing this from the future a number of years back.
Let's hope NVIDIAs continual stumbles, AMD have the gumption to continue to claw back market share, and hopefully, mind share eventually.
I think this hinges on supply and how well
1) Their damage control for RTX 5000 with the launch of Super cards to succeeds given that the so-called super card's are often simply how that gen's line up should've been segmented more accurately
2) If they keep fumbling for a second generation and remain arrogant on pricing and anti-consumer product segmentation (i.e. selling xx50 cards as xx60 tier cards for example)
3) If AMD can meet demand and UDNA is a success
Bonus note: finally do away with 8GB outside of xx50 budget cards while, ideally, Nvidia retain 8GB higher up into their product stack.
