It was probably set lower but most of the time RH will actually execute it at what highest bidders are paying at open.
I got super lucky on NVO one time. Had it set to close at +25% so I could sleep in but somehow got +367% right at open; the price I sold it for was even higher than the “High” it said it hit that day.
