I don't buy that crap. Perhaps its more like RC and LH are like setting an expectation that anyone in leadership, on the board, etc should be putting money where their mouth is every reporting period.

I’ve been trying to understand swing points better, especially how to identify a valid swing high or swing low in real time rather than only after the move has already happened. On lower timeframes like 1-minute, there are so many small highs and lows that it becomes difficult to distinguish a meaningful swing from normal market noise. What rules do you guys use to confirm a swing point while the market is still moving? Do you rely mainly on candle structure, HH/HL and LH/LL, liquidity sweeps, or some kind of indicator?
