That is, people assume that if the Price of GME moves by 1,56% (17,9$ to 18,25$) on a given day, the price of the Warrant will always move by 30% or more which may happen sometime (e.g; 8/27 date) but not always.
If this were the default:

The exercise of these Warrants (for GME to obtain 1.9B) would not make sense, since they would gain more profit by being sold than by being exercised.
