Cramer said GIS is in danger

Yeah I'm with you. This is Capitalism, for better or worse. I suspect most on Reddit & this sub would argue "worse". MCD shareholders (which most of us are in SPY) for the past few decades would argue "better".
Number of times I've been to McDonald's in the past 20 years? Zero. It's poison anyway.
We vote with your wallets. A lot of the Consumer Staples are just getting murdered right now cause people are reaching for store brands. Trader Joe's "Cheerios" are not only way cheaper, they're better. Look at GIS's stock.

Lol. Glhf. Also GIS gar nicht, da ist KI noch nicht mal auf dem Level einen ernstzunehmenden Teil zu übernehmen. Planung... Ja etwas. Also das zeichnerische definitiv noch nicht, das textliche halbwegs.

Kommt ein bisschen drauf an. Du hast halt immer unterschiedliche Arten von Plänen (der Vibe hinter ner Erneuerung eines bestehenden Plans ist ganz anders als bei nem Gewerbegebiet als bei nem Wohn-Neubaugebiet). Für Abwechslung würde ich tatsächlich aber eher ÖD als freie Wirtschaft empfehlen.

Finde physische Geo und die ganzen Hausarbeiten leider eher uninteressant und GIS bekommt man auch im Planer Studium. Soll wohl auch stark durch KI ersetzt werden. Wie ist die Abwechslung so? Habe Angst, dass es ähnlich wie bei Architekten ein spannendes/abwechslungsreiches Studium ist, aber letztendlich wenig mit der Berufsrealität von Stadtplanern zu tun hat.

Get into O & VICI(7%) while they're down for a few reits
Maybe ARCC & MAIN for your BDCs
Lastly I'd look at ADX

good luck shopping-- if you can get a simple Roth fill it first then your brokerage. Fill your Roth max EVERY YEAR- I'm scrambling with Spousal Contributions cause I didn't take that advice when I worked
