There's a good bit of overlap in this portfolio. I would simplify it to be something like 70% VTI & 30% VXUS or if you really want to tilt towards some of the metals or GII you could do something like 60% VTI, 30% VXUS and 10% tilt (SLV, IAU, GII, etc.). Here's a look at your current portfolio in more detail - [https://etfnavigatorpro.com/overlap/share/4otgdL4o](https://etfnavigatorpro.com/overlap/share/4otgdL4o)

Safe to assume under 30?

Commit more to QQQM from BND for now. If you have 15-20+ yrs, go for it. Or be boring and watch both of these do nothing for you.

VOO and SPYM...same thing, pick ONE. Do you really need a double burger?

IAU/SLV - planning to add more or walk away and find a better option at this point? You can always add more later.

If you are willing to pay that much for GII, look into PAVE, Similar play, but more US focused, PAVE has outperformed GII longterm and similar expense ratio.

Small International core? VXUS at least, or IEFA and/or IEMG consider looking into.
Small/Mid cap buckets if you want to get real crazy... but not advised in a hands off acct.
Remember this - When you need to purchase more of an asset, you want the price to be what? Lower. That's right. If you are a true long-term investor, you will need to learn how to stomach that on your own and when to buy the dip and when/what to trim.

If you want real growth, honest advice - Get comfortable tracking and trading some of the top holdings in these ETFs for starters. Always do your own research before pressing buy/sell. I am not an advisor.
