CRAK is a good etf option. XLE remains undervalued and if you're really bullish go for GUSH. Just be careful for volatility.
As for individual stocks, a lot of Canadian companies are hilariously cheap (CNQ, SU, CVE) all of which aren't just producers but do refining too, which is where the real margins are right now and have been for months
