Actually the Nasdaq100 is only up 21.7% YTD.

Solid industrials seeing rollback over AI slowdown include BDC, ETN, GEV, and CMI. Not traditional value, but will go up again and are diversified, good companies.
Actual value, I'd look to banks, financial institutions. BLK is down 10%, it's been choppy at the same price all year. JPM, STT, BAC are on my watchlist.
