BXMT has lost 96% of its value and still has a P/E ratio of 169. Not sure if 11% is sustainable unless you think office buildings are the future. STWD is better, more focused on datacenters, but a very narrow market. In some years the dividend payout is higher than earnings which for some is a red flag.
