That's not how any of this works.  I worked in insolvency/ BK for years.  Ordinary creditors (claimants) don't ever receive more than they're owed.  If there's excess after claims including interest are paid, and after administrative fees including trustees fees (extraordinarily rare), the excess goes to equity holders, not ordinary creditors.
