Open a margin account with level 3 options
Buy a basket of solid companies (AVGO, NVDA, SOFI, AMZN) for 400K, heavily traded and sell slight in the money covered calls, target 1.5% to 2% every month. Put 100K in SGOV, BIL, BILS, etc as cash for below while earning .35% every month
Then sell naked put options (approximately 400K) way out of money, companies you would love to own now and would love it even more at 20% off. Target 1% every month. The treasurers would be the source of cash in the scenario it is assigned.
Then toggle to maintain a balance
That should pull off 15K in monthly income +/- some upside or downside ).
