Anyone following the BAM drama with Reckless Ben became aware of Civil RICO as a charge.
It exists and is indeed a thing.

The hard part is not touching it. Over time people get fomo, seeing uncle Bob make 12000% one time on a meme stock or some emerging growth sector. You decide ok I'll just take some risk. BAM. Down 60% lol

So BAM closed, CPC closed, Hormuz closed, east-west pipeline bombed, and oil peaks at 86$?
All markets are fake at this point, just throw everything into calls on chips ig

My point was that oil fell off a cliff last week into the beginning of this week (more than 20% in 3 days) on *hopes and rumors* and yet now we're back to daily attacks and those rumors are dead, but WTI is still $9 cheaper than it was a week ago.
Oh, and lots of bad things happened over this week too including damage to 4 Saudi O&G facilities, half a dozen attacks on tankers in the Strait and BAM, more strikes on tankers in the Black Sea, damage to Russian refineries and export terminals, etc etc etc.

LMAO market is so much higher now that we have:
1. Destroyed oil and gas infrastructure
2 Hormuz and BAM closed
3. Saudi and Gulf arabs losing income so they can't invest in AI
We are so much fucking higher than before the war LMAO 😂
