**Pb-212 and the alpha therapy space is heating up fast**
Interesting day in the targeted alpha therapy world.
Thor Medical (TRMED) just got coverage from ABG Sundal Collier with a 6-month target of 7 NOK and a bull case of 20 NOK. That sits on top of the company already having started commercial production at AlphaOne and completed its first customer deliveries earlier this month.
At the same time, the scientific literature keeps piling up. Multiple recent reviews on PubMed position Pb-212 as one of the most promising isotopes for targeted alpha therapy because of its half-life, chemistry, and the fact that it acts as an in-vivo generator for Bi-212. Clinical programs using Pb-212 (including ones moving toward Phase 3) are progressing, and the 203Pb/212Pb theranostic pair is getting more attention.

The bigger picture is that the entire value chain, from isotope supply to finished radiopharmaceuticals, is industrializing at the same time. Supply has been the bottleneck for years. A few companies are now starting to solve that at commercial scale while Big Pharma and biotech keep pushing new Pb-212 and other alpha programs forward.
Feels like the sector is moving from “promising science” into the early commercial phase.
