I get paid a daily % on all positions and shares loaded out. They are listed. Click of a button. At one point SLS was paying 23%. I’ve sold most of SLS but Fid still loans out my few shares, the % paid is down to $5ish. I picked up 200 WEN on a lark, it’s been loaned out everyday since I bought. In all that time BB has never been loaned out from my account.
I’ve never shorted a stock, and don’t know all the ins and outs of how it works. I just posted what I’ve had happen on my account from my end.

Some cheap stocks are that way for a reason. You really want to buy stock that is getting more expense. You make money as a % of increase not number of shares. WEN, GPRO are both cheap.but garbage I wouldn't buy. U AND SOFI are two solid one that aren't crazy expensive.
