So yes..there has been a past failure.
However, this is now a 100% Pivot..All new board members..and also the previous ones are resigning.
They will be a combination of QNCX, Orphai Therapeutics and relisted under the new ticker name IRLA.
It's basically an IPO. 🤷‍♂️
