I guess you could call me an AI doomer, but I’m longterm bullish on tech. You gotta be in almost every market regime. I hold a large position in AIS.
With that said, my biggest non-tech sector holdings are GRID, PAVE and ISRG. I also have FMTM to chase momentum across the various sectors. It’s still 40% tech - but the other 60% is spread across healthcare, energy, industrials, real estate, cons staples, utilities.
I’m a heavy SPMO user, but I run it along side GARP, VFLO and AVUV. So I’m fairly dialed into my value at the current moment, but even those are fairly tech heavy at the top.

**Opened the following:**
- VRTX 10/23/2026 470 / 475 put credit spread x1 - $40 credit
- ISRG 10/23/2026 350 / 355 put credit spread x1 - $56 credit
- HUM 10/23/2026 305 / 310 put credit spread x1 - $34 credit
- ARM 10/30/2026 230 / 235 put credit spread x1 - $70 credit

ISRG. It is very well positioned for physical AI. But when they will be able to implement and when it will take-off is very hard to figure out.

I'd check out Spectral AI too, ticker: MDAI
Reminds me of ISRG in the early days like 2005-6 (had chance to try da Vinci then). Spectral AI just got De Novo clearance and has the moat now on AI & multispectral diagnostics. Waiting on first sales & military handheld expected end of year, strong BARDA support, and future indications beyond burns are on the way in 2027. Growth story is just starting but potentially good entry point depending on your risk tolerance and timeline.
Honestly a very "adult" application of machine learning I've been looking / waiting for.

ISRG

Intuitive Surgical.
Way ahead of the pack on robotic-assisted surgery. My own surgeon at a major university hospital says the DaVinci has transformed the way she performs complex surgeries, providing her with a 3rd hand.
Down 27% this year, creating a good entry point. However, ISRG is not a value stock. It's a bet on growth.
