Through the acquisition, GDC gave Pallas Capital's owners a little more than 39 million shares of GDC stock valued, at the time, at $7/share (total: $274MM) in exchange for Pallas Capital Holdings and their 7500 BTC valued at $116,900 each (total: $877MM). You don't think there's something fishy going on there?
