DGNX confirms Share Price of $0.50 by SEC filing today, reporting a 20 July 2026 staged $20 mln raise for newly issued shares at $1 usd plus a warrant for each share to buy another share for $1 usd. Basically emergency cash for mismanagement at the cost of the existing shareholder, because they are almost bankrupt with stacking loss making acquisitions with little revenue at too high prices. And paying 1 mln to a vague russian advisor in the british virgin islands to find some undisclosed vague middle east and cayman investors. For a B Corporation it cannot be more shady….
