CRMD dümpelt im Biotech-Sumpf herum, während die Konkurrenz mit Verlusten kämpft und niemand hinschaut.
Das KGV von 3,4 und 226% Umsatzwachstum wirken attraktiv, doch das schwache Volumen und der RSI von 35 sprechen eine klare Sprache.

A very optimistic outlook, yes maybe a 3-4x isnt possible but the chances of CRMD buying out TLPH is very possible due to the synergy that Nafamostat and defencath (CRMD product) has. The CEO of CRMD is also a BOD of TLPH. All the stars line up to a buyout agreement.

CRMD deal is the base case in my opinion.
CRMD is looking to expand and Niyad falls right in.
A bidding war would be bonus. Just my opinion, do your own DD.
