One thing I’d separate out when looking at CORZ is the insider activity.
Director Elizabeth Crain bought 6,000 shares on the open market in August at a weighted average of about $18.33. At the same time, there have also been recurring insider sales, but at least some of those appear to be under a pre-arranged 10b5-1 plan.
So I wouldn’t summarize the insider picture simply as “buying” or “selling” — the discretionary purchase is probably more informative than the routine plan-based sales.
