Have been accumulating a small position in $CMCO as well. last earnings were beat/raise. refinanced some of their debt and revolving facility. CFO bought shares along with another director. Now downside is rates are moving higher if they need to more debt or refi..and if synergies don't come through. Stock I think is less than 1 on the PEG ratio, and I think stock is trading below where it was at the last earnings call. Yes, lots of headwinds and other ratios that suggest stay away but if this mgmt team can deliver on synergies I'm think $40/share by 2028.
